The three tiers differ only in monthly data and price — route coverage, device count and the refund promise are identical. Data resets monthly on your activation date; when you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated across the remaining days.

All three monthly tiers draw on the same route pool: 120+ countries / 220+ routes, including IEPL dedicated lines, transit and direct connections — just pick a region in the client. Upgrades only cost the difference, prorated by remaining days, with no new billing cycle.
Not billed by time: once activated, data is deducted by actual usage with no expiry date. Better than a monthly plan for business trips, short projects or topping up a backup device — usage that isn't steady.

Use the price table above to settle on a data tier. Steady usage means a monthly plan; concentrated short-term usage means a data pack. Both come with unlimited devices and a 14-day refund.

Choose Alipay, WeChat or USDT at checkout. Once payment succeeds the order status updates and the subscription appears on the panel's overview page — no email notification to wait for.
Download the client for your platform from the panel's download page, then copy the subscription URL and import it. Import steps for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are on the Guides page, including what to check when something fails.
After importing, select a route before connecting, then open an international site to confirm the exit region. If the page still shows local content, the client probably has no route selected or the system proxy isn't active — work through the troubleshooting checklist on the Guides page.
14 days, no questions asked
The same refund rule covers monthly plans and data packs: a 14-day refund. Submit a ticket in the user panel within 14 days of payment with your order number, and the money goes back to the original payment method.
You don't need to give a reason, and you don't need to uninstall the client first. Once the refund is processed, the subscription stops and usage already consumed isn't billed separately.
